Join the Junior League of Detroit for the amazing transformation of its 24th Designers’ Show House. This year’s house is known as the House on the Hill, located at 205 Lake Shore Road, Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. We have selected a diverse team of designers from throughout Metro Detroit and beyond to transform 18 rooms in this nearly 6,000-square-feet home. Come experience the elegance, style and inspiration for a worthy cause.
The JLD is a dynamic group of women leaders who have been making change happen since 1914. For over 100 years we have been striving to promote voluntarism, develop the potential of women and improve communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Through our projects and programs, we work continuously to impact the lives of children and families, and help build a better community. Since 1914 the Junior League of Detroit has completed 53 major projects in and around the City of Detroit, and awarded over $250,000 dollars in community grants.
