Lavonne Fulton is hosting a Book Release Party for “Lavonne’s Kitchen” Cookbook, which will be held at 27202 8 Mile Rd, Studio C, Southfield, MI on Saturday, Sept 17, 2022, at 1:00 PM. Book signings are scheduled in multiple cities across the country. Lavonne started out cooking in her kitchen for her family then went on to feed the world through catering for over 10 years and teaching the world to cook on YouTube and now providing recipes for the world to use in their kitchens. While working long hours, creating recipes were always a dream of hers. She always said “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me “. Phil 4:13 While realizing that “Man does not live by bread alone” Matt 4:4, She created and renewed multiple recipes which were later compiled into her dream of a future bestselling cookbook. She is happy when someone eats her cooking and loves it. However, she is overjoyed when someone cooks an amazing dish that she taught them to cook. It like the Chinese proverb “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. “Lao Tzu The book sets itself apart from other cookbooks in that it has so much variety in the types of foods, from appetizers to seafood to pasta and so much more. It has a mix of foods that will be enjoyed by people of different ages, culture, dietary needs and it has recipes that incorporate most ingredients that are already in most people’s homes. Although she has never been professionally taught to cook, the book was written from all the knowledge and culinary experiences she had in the food industry for over 44 years. She started out as a cook and cashier for Burger King at the tender age of fifteen and grew her skills.
