And Mr. Banks just wants to live an orderly, well-established life. Helping them is the mysterious nanny who can talk to birds, magically transform a gloomy park into a painterly scene, and, just maybe, with a spoonful of sugar, get the Banks back on track. Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins delighted Broadway audiences for over 2,500 performances and received nominations for nine Olivier and seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
