For more information, please visit eyesondesigncarshow.com The annual EyesOn Design Automotive Design Exhibition highlights design inspiration and influences. EyesOn Design is one of America’s premier automotive events. Each year, the event attracts members of the transportation design community, collectors, and the public to celebrate and reflect on design. The exhibition will be held as it has for the previous 32 years, on the grounds of the Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan. The show is unique among auto shows in celebrating vehicle design, not rarity, restoration or celebrity ownership. Tickets for the car show, and the accompanying lakeside brunch, are also available for purchase Vehicles are chosen based on the year’s theme by invitation only, and between 200 and 300 vehicles are at the show on Father’s Day (2020 dates have been rescheduled to fall on Grandparent's Day as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic). In addition, EyesOn Design features special exhibitions and concept and production vehicles which debuted during the previous year’s auto show circuit, including ones which were awarded at EyesOn Design at the North American International Auto Show. New for 2020: EyesOn Design has announced an all-new schedule for its automotive-related series of events for 2020, which are the major fundraisers for the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology (DIO). The annual EyesOn Design awards at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) follow the move of the Auto Show out of January, and will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at the TCF Center Atrium stage (formerly COBO Center). Media and the public are invited to attend the 14th annual presentation of the officially sanctioned design awards for NAIAS, which are given to the best production and concept vehicles making their worldwide auto show debut in Detroit. Award winners are selected by more than 30 active and retired design heads of automotive manufacturers and transportation design chairs from top art schools. In a departure from previous years, the 2020 award for Lifetime Design Achievement will also be presented during the EyesOn Design awards at NAIAS. The award ceremony will be preceded by a VIP reception, a vibrant gathering of auto industry designers and insiders. A limited number of tickets to the VIP reception are available for purchase.Edsel & Eleanor Ford House
