If the River Could Sing: A Celebration of Writing and River with InsideOut

Join InsideOut on Thursday, September 8th from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for an evening of creativity, performances, and natural beauty on the Detroit Riverfront.

If the River Could Sing: A Celebration of Writing and River with InsideOut will feature creative activation points inspired by the beauty and history of the riverfront. Centering on themes of arts & culture, wellness, and conservation, this unforgettable evening will culminate with a sunset showcase of music and poetry.

There will also be a poetry contest, seeking poems that celebrate and give voice to the beauty and history of the Detroit River (or another area river). The winning poem will be printed as a broadside on-site by Signal Return at the event!
