Oak & Reel’s Culinary Collective – a Chef Series

The celebrated Milwaukee Junction restaurant from Michelin starred Chef Jared Gadbaw is ushering in the New Year with a one-of-a-kind culinary series. Presented by Motor City Seafood, Oak & Reel’s Culinary Collective – a Chef Series will bring acclaimed culinary talents to its kitchen to collaborate and offer one of the most unique dining experiences to come to Detroit. Guests will experience a world-class meal without having to leave the city. Each of the three dinners in the series will vary from one another – from the chef to the cuisine – and benefit a local charity. The series is not just a unique experience for diners though. Each dinner will provide an opportunity for local culinary hopefuls to work alongside some of the industry’s greatest talents.
