With Tunde’s project, we find ourselves working in new ways to build a new kind of artistic experience; with Tyrrell’s residency we understand the inventiveness and importance of place; and with Mott-Warsh we see it all through a global lens,” said Andrew Blauvelt, Director of Cranbrook Art Museum. “All of this work underscores the importance that culture plays in enhancing our communities through artistic practice.” All exhibitions will be open to the public on June 18.Cranbrook Art MuseumDanielle Owensbydowensby@cranbrook.edu
