Overview
Autumn’s calling and Beacon Park is answering with the return of Cider in the City!
On select Saturdays and Sundays in October, enjoy seasonal festivities, themed décor and exciting activities for adults, families, metro-area residents and visitors—all for free.
Event features include pumpkin picking and painting, make-and-take crafts, seasonal beer selections, craft cocktails and mocktails, horse-drawn hayrides around the park, live music and more.
Attendees can enjoy food from one of the local food truck options, pick up some delicious cider and donuts provided by Blake Farms, make a reservation for dinner at Lumen Detroit, the park’s flagship restaurant, or visit Lumen’s outdoor kiosk bar for additional drinks and fall-themed beverages.
On Oct. 19 and 20, our big-screen TV will be up and ready for football lovers to watch their favorite teams in action, as well as DTE’s EV garage to experience an electric vehicle first-hand.
