Don’t think you can run 26 miles? Don’t worry, you don’t have to. People of all skill levels from all around come to participate in the Detroit Free Press TCF Bank Marathon, which takes place in Detroit over a weekend in October. The event includes a 26-mile entry, a 5K, walks, relays and more.

Whether you're a seasoned marathoner, casual runner or training for your first 5K, there is a race for you.

Marathon: Over the Ambassador Bridge, through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and around Detroit.
Priority Health International Half-Marathon: The most popular event with two international crossings.
Marathon Relay: Complete all 26.2 miles with your best buds.
Priority Health U.S.-Only Half-Marathon: Keep it domestic and run a half-marathon on U.S. soil only.
American Home Fitness 5K: An event for seasoned and new runners alike.
Meijer Kids Fun Run: A fun, untimed race just for the kiddos.
