Experience the historic Alger House at its very best, festively decorated for the holiday season when you join us for our newest event, the Merry & Bright Holiday Dinner Party. Gather in the Reception Room for a three-course holiday meal from our Executive Chef, followed by an upbeat performance in our lakefront ballroom from Detroit Crooner Ben Sharkey.

First Course: Shaved Brussels Salad
Maple mustard vin, applewood smoked bacon, dried cherries, goat cheese
Second Course: Your Choice of Prime Rib Plate or Turkey Pot Pie
Prime Rib Plate
12 ounce Slow Roasted Prime Rib, house yorkshire pudding, with horseradish, au jus.
Turkey Pie
Lilet blanc gravy, roasted turkey and root vegetables, all butter crust, shaved fennel and arugula salad
*Both entrees served with braised carrots and gouda mashed potatoes served family style
Dessert Course: Roasted Sweet Potato and Pecan Pie with Bourbon whip & toffee sauce
