Overview
Fall in love all over again at the War Memorial this Valentine’s Day. This year’s edition of Sing to Love, our annual Valentine’s dinner and concert event, features an incredible menu curated by Chef Joe Paxton, capped off by an evening concert from noted jazz vocalist Ramona Collins, accompanied by the Cliff Monear Trio.

The event takes place in our lakefront ballroom, and tickets are sold by table. Seating will be assigned, so those that purchase single tickets should note any specific seating requests in their order.

Your Evening & Menu
6:30pm: Doors Open for Dinner & Concert Guests. Attendees receive their choice of sparkling wine or sparkling water upon seating.
7:00pm: Dinner Service Begins
7:45pm: Doors Open for Concert Only Ticketholders
8:00pm: Concert Begins
Upon Arrival - Cocktail Hour
Dinner & Concert tickets include a glass of sparkling wine (or sparkling water if you prefer) upon arrival. Full cash bar open throughout the evening.

Roasted MI Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Garnished with horseradish vinaigrette, arugula & pistachio
Second Course
Short Rib Bourguignon
Braised beef short rib, red wine jus, bacon and mushroom ragout & crispy shallots
Served with whipped potato and Grand Marnier carrots

Queen Mothers Torte
Valrhona chocolate with whipped creme fraiche and roses
