Michigan’s biggest free festival, Uncle Sam Jam, returns to Woodhaven July 10–13, 2025, at Civic Center Park (I-75 & West Road) as part of the Downriver community’s Independence holiday celebration.
The 2025 music lineup includes Thunderstruck (AC/DC tribute) on Thursday, Blind Melon (“No Rain”) on Friday, Firehouse on Saturday, and Your Generation in Concert on Sunday. All shows are free, sponsored by Bud Light and Wild Bill’s Tobacco. Local and regional acts will also perform throughout the weekend.
There’s fun for all ages! Enjoy over 40 carnival rides—including roller coasters, a ferris wheel, petting zoo, pony rides, and the Shell-Camino Monster Truck. The excitement kicks off Thursday with Family Day and $25 ride wristbands (courtesy of Meijer). Friday features a fireworks show presented by the Woodhaven DDA. Saturday debuts a Drone Show by Great Lakes Drone Company.
General admission and concerts are free. VIP Tickets ($30) offer close-up stage seating, private bar, and restrooms—available at uncle-sam-jam.com/music. All-Day Ride Passes: $25 on Thursday; $38 Friday–Sunday. Carnival food, drinks, and games available on-site or online.
