Looking to host your family reunion in Detroit? We’re here to help. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Register your reunion
Complete our Family Profile form and we will handle all the up front legwork by contacting preferred service providers that match your specific needs. We will send you all the vendor information directly, saving you hours of searching and cold-calling.
2. Provide a signed copy of your hotel contract
This serves as an official confirmation of your reunion and qualifies you to receive free promotional items for your reunion attendees. Please submit a signed copy of your hotel contract to email@example.com or fax to 313-202-1911. You will receive an email confirmation along with the product request form as an attachment.
3. Submit the product request form
Submit the product request form to place your order for your free items. All items must be ordered at least six (6) weeks prior to your reunion. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE (1) THAT YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FILLED, OR (2) THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL ITEMS REQUESTED IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR PRODUCT REQUEST SIX WEEKS OR LESS PRIOR TO YOUR REUNION.

4. Order confirmation
You will receive a product request order confirmation via email three to four weeks prior to your reunion (subject to change). Product can be picked up at our off-site warehouse: Wolverine Solutions, 1601 Clay St., Detroit, MI 48211 (pickup date will be provided by the DMCVB).
