Kirsten is a proud Michigan State University graduate with an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Business and an MBA from Western Michigan University. Before returning to Michigan, she spent eight years in Chicago with Hilton, honing expertise in sales and client relations. Passionate about showcasing Detroit as a world-class destination, she thrives on building strong partnerships and creating memorable client experiences. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys life with her husband, Chris, their son, Grant, and their spirited dog, Walter.

Favorite Detroit Attraction: Campus Martius Park, with its beach in summer, ice rink in winter, and steady calendar of events that captures the spirit of the city.
