Here’s your round-up of some of the fun things you can do in Detroit this weekend.

1. Switch up your walking route

We’ve rounded up some of the lesser-known areas to walk in The D so that you don’t have to take another lap around your block again. See some new murals, learn some Detroit history and get out of the house!

2. Join a virtual Sunday story time

The Mall at Partridge Creek is rounding up prominent community members to bring you a virtual bedtime story every Sunday at 7 p.m. You can catch the story on their Facebook page.

3. Treat yourself to some fine dining

If you’re in the Birmingham area, two of Detroit’s fine dining establishments, Townhouse and Prime + Proper, are now offering carryout (including wine!) through Doordash and Grubhub. Order Prime + Proper’s famous steaks to cook at home, or try out a Townhouse Burger Box!

4. Play a round of golf

A great way to get outside but stay socially distant, many of Detroit’s golf courses are open. Just be prepared to carry your clubs – golf carts aren’t permitted right now. Check out some of our favorite metro Detroit golf courses.
