Water Lantern Festival to Light Up Martindale Beach

The acclaimed and uplifting experience, which boasts sold out activations around the world, creates a wonderful memory for attendees as thousands of personalized lanterns illuminate the water in a magical display.

Water Lantern Festival, named Best Cultural Festival by USA TODAY 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards, is coming to Martindale Beach (4570 Huron River Pkwy, Milford, MI 48380) on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

Check-in opens at 6:00 pm for ticketed guests with lantern design beginning at 8:00 pm. The event caps off with the magical lantern launch. Guests will enjoy live music, specialty vendors and a variety of food truck offerings throughout the whole event. Tickets, which include a floating lantern kit, LED candle, commemorative drawstring bag, marker, playing cards and conversation cards, are now available for sale at https://www.waterlanternfestival.com/annarbor.php.

Tickets are for sale right now for $26.98 but get them quick because they jump to $55.99 the day of the event. A portion of tickets sales benefit non-profit Water.org, a global nonprofit organization working to bring water and sanitation to the world with the goal of making access safe, accessible and cost-effective.
