Visit Detroit bylaws provide that each member organization may cast one vote in the election of board members; that vote is to be cast at this Annual Meeting by the holder of the membership or the designated member representative on file with the DMCVB.

Visit Detroit is soliciting your proxy to have Visit Detroit’s President & CEO, Claude Molinari, cast your member vote at the Annual Meeting.

To assign your proxy to the bureau's officer, complete the form below by Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026.

If you wish to cast a ballot rather than grant a proxy, a separate email with instructions to cast your ballot during the polling period on the day of the meeting will be sent to each member of record prior to the meeting. If you have granted your proxy, there is no need to cast a ballot.

If you are assigning your vote to Visit Detroit, it will be the intention of Claude Molinari to vote for the candidates endorsed by the nominating committee unless such authority is withheld.
