Overview
HERd returns to Detroit for its third year, bringing together leaders, advocates and allies for an evening centered on women’s voices, leadership and belonging. Join us for an evening of woman-centered TED-Talk-style inspiration… with cocktails!
This year’s theme, Passions with Purpose, centers on the holistic wellbeing of women—emotional, social, professional and future-forward—and the systems that shape women’s lives at home, at work and in the communities they power. Built by orsa credit union, HERd creates space for voices, stories and conversations that shape what comes next.
The 2026 speaker lineup features leaders across finance, entrepreneurship, sustainability and community impact. Featured voices include:
Tansley Stearns, president and ceo, orsa credit union (Detroit)
Linda Armyn, president and CEO, FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (New York)
Christi Lower, founder, Highline Spirits (Dexter, Mich.)
Karen Parkin, executive leader and board director (Portland, Ore.)
Kaethe Sigelko, healthcare professional, public speaker and author (Madison, Wis.)
