This well-known restaurant is located inside of the GMRENCEN and overlooks the Detroit River, making for a convenient yet also memorable view of the city. 2. Granite City Food & Brewery
From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., all Granite City Food & Brewery locations, will be hosting an Easter Brunch that will feature carved prime rib, grand marnier glazed ham, salmon béarnaise, roasted turkey, made-to-order omelets and eggs benedict, assorted pastries and so much more.

3. Grey Ghost Detroit
Grey Ghost Detroit prides itself as being "a neighborhood eatery," "a cocktail bar" and, most importantly, "Midwestern hospitality." And they even have Easter Brunch. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., guests will get to choose from a variety of pastries, entrées and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Whitney, not only will you have the opportunity to indulge in a three-course plated brunch (that may or may not have the potential to include Chicken and Waffles with a homemade maple and bourbon syrup and Eggs Nantucket), but your kids will be able to visit with the Easter Bunny, as well.

5. Ocean Prime

6. The Dearborn Inn
The Dearborn Inn is, once again, hosting an "egg-straordinary" brunch on Easter Sunday. Attendees have a dining choice of the following menus: Edison's Easter Brunch, The Grand Ballroom Easter Brunch or the Ten Eyck Tavern Breakfast Buffet.

7. Uptown Grille
Conveniently located off M-5, Uptown Grille is a popular restaurant in Commerce that is holding four Easter Brunch seating times. The buffet menu includes breakfast favorites, a carving station, an entrée station, a salad and fruit bar, as well as dessert.
