Chef Enid Parham (aka Chef Sunflower)
Some know her as Chef Enid Parham. While others call her Chef Sunflower. Whichever name you recognize, one thing for certain is that this Detroit-based chef with the infectious smile knows her way around the kitchen—especially when using cannabis as her not-so-secret ingredient!
Chef Sunflower grew to love cooking using organic ingredients. So, experimenting with cannabis was a natural progression for the passionate chef. She was one of the early movers in Michigan to begin cooking with cannabis, gaining recognition by hosting underground cooking parties before it was fully legal.
Fast forward to today, and she is proudly named Michigan Edibles’ Best Cannabis Chef in 2021. She owns LuckyPistil Catering to bring cannabis-infused meals to private parties and social events. Her company also hosts exclusive events like a recent cannabis-infused pizza party.

Michigan Cannabis Chefs
What’s better than one cannabis chef? How about three experienced chefs putting together their brains to create a 420-inspired menu tailored specifically to your tastes? That’s what you get with the Michigan Cannabis Chefs—a company consisting of Chef Nigel Douglas, Chef Lynette and Chef Cory Roberts.
Founded in 2019, the cooking collective began serving groups of 100+ people before pivoting their strategy during the COVID pandemic era to focus on more intimate gatherings. It proved beneficial by creating a marijuana-infused farm-to-table dining experience reserved for private parties.
Cannabis is cultivated on their 15-acre farm in Fremont, Michigan, just outside of Muskegon, where the chefs are based. Curious foodies can book private dining sessions with them, where they prepare meals in your private residence with a menu designed to fit your culinary palate. You’ll be amazed at how they blend properties of different strains—like fruity or cheese flavors—to compliment your favorite ingredients.
Chef Marjorie
Need someone (and something) to spice up meal time? Well, Marjorie Harvey is more than just a chef—she’s an entire experience who brings a lot of class, a pinch of hood, and a tasteful amount of bougie to dining.
The Chef Marjorie Experience brings a unique cannabis twist to everyone’s favorite meals. Think multi-course meals, infused BBQ, and even hosted a Hot Box & Hibachi event. She recently received a monthly 420 cooking residence at the 29Thirty event venue and is available for private bookings. She also owns the Divine Epicurean catering company.

Chef Paul Roy
Cannabis edibles have come a long way since the typical magic brownies and weed cookies. When Chef Paul Roy got a hold of cannabis as an ingredient, we combined it with his Guatemalan heritage to give Detroiter’s infused cultural cuisines.
Chef Paul Roy stumbled across cannabis cooking while searching for an alternative consumption method for cannabis patients. He aims to destigmatize cannabis-infused food by showing it can taste and make you feel good.
You can find Chef Paul Roy as a featured vendor at local events like music festivals and art galleries. He specializes in tacos, pizza, and even vegan-friendly cannabis plates.
