Nestled in Midtown within the beautiful Cass Corridor neighborhood, the El Moore Lodge is a sustainably-renovated 1898 building that emphasizes a triple-bottom line approach, striving for environmental stewardship, community well-being, and economic resilience. From highly efficient energy systems, extensive material reuse and responsible water management, the El Moore is designed to minimize our impact on the planet.

Each room features a different mix of historic and reclaimed features, such as original hardwood floors, ash paneling, and reclaimed subway tile. Guests can also expect sustainable technologies like geothermal heating and cooling, photovoltaic solar panels, and a super-insulated building envelope.
