Leading Westernwear brand Tecovas is opening up its second Michigan retail location in Troy. In celebration of the new store, Tecovas will be holding Grand Opening Celebrations from Friday, May 1, 2026 to Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Founded in 2015, Tecovas has since opened multiple stores that bring Tecovas’ “radical hospitality” in reimagining the boot-buying experience entirely, which traditionally is intimidating, cluttered, and unrefined. The new Troy location at Somerset Collection on W Big Beaver Road reflects this approach - offering a thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and streamlined space where customers can easily see, touch, and try on products. Customers can also enjoy a range of complimentary in-store services, including beverages, boot shines, personalized leather stamping, leather and hat branding, and more.

Grand Opening Activations include:

- Live Music with Travis Bolt (10 AM - 1PM on Friday and Saturday; 12PM to 3PM on Sunday)

- Tecovas gift bag to the first 50 shoppers in store each day Friday – Sunday during store opening weekend.

- Complimentary drinks in store throughout the opening weekend.
