December 22nd: Last day of the Eastern Market Holiday Market

The Sunday Markets at Eastern Market are dedicated to Michigan-made gift options including clothing, art, jewelry, and more. There will also be Christmas tree vendors starting around Thanksgiving. There are no tickets for this event. It is free and open to all ages.

December 20: Puck drops at 6pm!

Cheer on the Detroit Red Wings as they face off against the Canadiens!

All December: Detroit Holiday Markets & Cadillac Lodge

Detroit’s Cadillac Lodge, Holley Trolley, and Holiday Markets are back for another season! 🎁 A winter must, swing by Cadillac Square for a serious dose of holiday cheer and an abundance of shops and snacks. The local 17 local Detroit small businesses sell specialty everything – from apparel to accessories and decor – for adults, children and pets, so you can pick the perfect gifts for everyone on your list (including yourself!)

All December: Wayne County Lightfest

The Wayne County Lightfest is a magical five-mile stretch of Hines Park in Metro Detroit, displaying nearly 50 animated-themed displays. The 4.5 mile holiday display is an annual Detroit tradition that is a must-visit! After you're done, check out Dearborn nearby for some delicious food and drink options.
