Bounce Into Fun: The Best Trampoline Parks for All Ages in Metro Detroit

Story by Ashley Zlatopolsky

From foam pits to ninja courses, these adventure parks offer high-flying thrills for toddlers, teens and parents alike.

As the mom of a toddler, I know firsthand how much kids love to jump. And let’s be honest, sometimes adults just want in on the fun, too. Across metro Detroit, trampoline parks take playtime to new heights with obstacle courses, dodgeball arenas and wall-to-wall trampolines.

Whether you’re chasing big air at SkyZone Trampoline Park or tackling the ninja course at Launch Family Entertainment, these all-ages destinations offer a safe, exciting way to burn energy in any season. Here are eight of the area’s best spots to jump, climb and play.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

With multiple locations in Livonia, Sterling Heights and Commerce Township, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is the ultimate indoor adventure. In addition to massive trampoline courts and slam dunk zones, you’ll find ropes courses, climbing walls and even indoor skydiving that gives the feel of flying. Each location offers toddler-friendly jump times, while older kids can join dodgeball games or test their balance on obstacle courses. Cafes and birthday party packages are also on hand to turn an afternoon of fun into a day-long adventure.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

At Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Commerce Township and Canton, bounce across wall-to-wall trampolines, dive into foam pits or enjoy a friendly game of SkySlam basketball. The parks also host themed events like GLOW, which offers one-of-a-kind jump parties paired with blacklights, energetic music and neon clothing. It’s also home to a dedicated playground for toddlers, sensory hours with a quieter, toned-down jumping experience and members-only nights. With clear safety guidelines, Sky Zone makes it easy for everyone to jump safely and confidently.

Launch Family Entertainment

With two locations in Novi and Dearborn, Launch Family Entertainment combines trampoline action with classic arcade fun for an exciting experience that caters to all ages. In addition to its signature open jump area, inside you’ll find a ninja course, climbing wall and battle pit. Younger kids can explore smaller jump zones, while parents can refuel with a fresh coffee at the in-house cafe or join in on the fun themselves. Launch Family Entertainment also hosts IGNITE, an epic teen night glow party with music and glow paint for kids ages 13 and up. Padded surfaces, mandatory grip socks and safety videos help maintain a safe environment at all times.

Airborne Adventure Park

If your kids love a challenge, Airborne Adventure Park in Taylor delivers with warped walls and ninja obstacles that test strength and coordination, while younger visitors can enjoy dedicated trampolines and foam pits. Separated jump areas ensure everyone can have fun with peace of mind, while a variety of activities like zip line, trapeze and parkour ensure all visitors can find their perfect activity. GLOW nights take place every Friday and Saturday for kids five and up, while Little Adventurers is offered every Sunday morning for little flyers ages five and under.

Jummps Adventure Park

Jummps Adventure Park in Lincoln Park offers a classic day of fun with an open jump area, dodgeball court and basketball hoops that give kids plenty of room to play. The foam pit, on the other hand, is a favorite for flips and soft landings. With a clean, well-organized layout and staff that keep an eye on jumpers, it’s a great option for birthday parties or a weekend family outing. Round out your visit with arcade fun and a piping hot pizza or nachos at the in-house cafe.
