Where do I board the boat?
The boat is docked just downriver from Hart Plaza. Paid parking can be found in nearby lots.
What about food and drinks?
Onboard, you’ll have lots of dining options, including vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options, and multiple bars to visit with premium liquors, craft and domestic beers, and quality wine and champagne.
How big is the boat?
The Detroit Princess Riverboat boasts an impressive 30,000 square feet of dining and event space. It stretches 222 feet in length, spans 62 feet in width, reaches a towering height of 88 feet, and weighs a substantial 1,430 tons. With a capacity of up to 1,900 passengers, it ranks as one of the largest excursion boats on the Great Lakes.
How long does the cruise last?
Cruises typically last around two to three hours, providing plenty of time to soak in the sights, fill up on food & beverages, and enjoy the entertainment.
What happens if there’s a storm?
The cruise runs in most weather conditions however it is up to the Captain to make the final call on the day of the cruise.
