Terms and Conditions for Visit Detroit Giveaways

By entering the Visit Detroit Juventus Soccer Ball Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating.

Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Visit Detroit (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, June 11 and ends on Sunday, June 15. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

Prizes
Two (2) winners will receive a custom designed soccer ball designed by Detroit’s own Sheefy McFly.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email of the Giveaway closing. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity
By participating, the winner agrees to allow Visit Detroit to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Visit Detroit, its affiliates, and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will only be used in accordance with Visit Detroit’s Privacy Policy, available at [https://visitdetroit.com/legal...].

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive or unlawful behavior.

Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Detroit, Michigan.
