Visit Detroit Partner Electronic Consent Form

CONSENT TO RECEIVING ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSIONS

The undersigned being the authorized representative of ____________________ (the “Member”) hereby agrees and consents to receiving of corporate communications of the Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau d/b/a Visit Detroit (“Visit Detroit”) via Electronic Transmission, as defined in the Visit Detroit bylaws and subject to the terms and conditions of the bylaws, at the email address noted below, including, but not limited to, meeting notices and records relating to the Member’s membership in Visit Detroit. The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees: (i) the Member must have the necessary hardware, software and internet access to receive and access documents transmitted by Electronic Transmission, including, without limitation, the ability to open and print a PDF file; (ii) the Member will update its email address to receive Electronic Transmission should the email address noted below change; and (iii) failure of the member to update the email address, or otherwise access documents transmitted by Electronic Transmission shall not any notices give or actions taken with respect to such failure
