Overview
The GM Renaissance Center, Detroit's most iconic skyscraper, serves as the global headquarters for General Motors. Located along the international riverfront since 1977, the GMRENCEN reaches across 5.5 million square feet of prime real estate and is divided into seven interconnected towers of office, retail and lodging space. The building features more than 25 different food options such as Andiamo Detroit Riverfront, Highlands Detroit and Joe Muer Seafood. GM World is visible from several floors and showcases the company's latest vehicles and provides a year-round auto show experience for people. The 70-floor Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center hotel features meeting space for conventions and more. The building has its own People Mover stop and has front row access to the nearly 3.5 miles of the Detroit RiverWalk.
