Tender shredded kale, chilled quinoa, butternut squash, marcona almonds, dried stone fruits and maple-raspberry vinaigrette.

Gnocchi Rustica
Pan roasted gnocchi, kale pesto, brussel sprout petals, roasted tomatoes, pine nuts and parmigiano reggiano.
