Overview
A distinctive pairing brings Neko Case’s commanding voice and richly detailed songwriting together with Destroyer’s literate, artful indie rock. Case’s career spans the spectral storytelling of Fox Confessor Brings the Flood and Middle Cyclone to her self-produced Neon Grey Midnight Green; she is also a member of the New Pornographers. Destroyer, the project led by songwriter Dan Bejar, joins this tour in a solo format, as the Detroit engagement’s billing specifies—an intimate counterpoint to Case’s expansive catalog.
