Overview
Sleep’s Detroit stop on its 2026 North American tour brings a newly reconfigured lineup to Saint Andrew’s Hall: founding bassist and vocalist Al Cisneros is joined by guitarist Bubba Dupree of hardcore band Void and drummer Dale Crover of the Melvins. The pioneering doom-metal group built its reputation on crushing, slow-moving riffs and expansive songs, especially the landmark Sleep’s Holy Mountain and the hour-long Dopesmoker. The tour also follows “Have Spacesuit Will Travel,” Sleep’s first new music in eight years.
