6 Reasons to Visit Legoland Discovery Center Michigan

Story by Danielle Alexander | Photos by Legoland Discovery Center Michigan

Legoland Discovery Center Michigan at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is the only one of its kind in the state, and there are many other reasons why you and/or your kids need to check it out.

1. Rides and Attractions

Tickets at the door are $23.50 (kids under three are free). Legoland Discovery Center includes a Lego Factory Tour, Lego 4D Cinema, Kingdom Quest Laser Ride, Miniland, Lego Racers: Build & Test, Merlin's Apprentice Ride, Lego City: Play Zone, Lego Model Builder Academy, Lego Duplo Farm, Earthquake Tables and Lego Friends - Olivia's House.

2. Shopping

Including more than 900 Lego sets and products, the Legoland Discovery Center Shop is open seven days a week, and you do not need to have a ticket to the attraction to visit the shop.

3. Birthday Parties

You can book a unique birthday party at Legoland. There are different packages and pricings depending on individual families' needs.

4. Adult-Only Nights

If you don't have little ones or have kids but are fans of Lego and want a night out with others who share your passion, you can visit Legoland the last Thursday of every month between 7 and 9 p.m. for Adult Night. Adults over 18 will be admitted for $23.50, or if they are annual pass holders, they will get in for free.

5. Annual Passes

Starting at $70 a person, you can purchase one-year pass of unlimited Lego play. The pass also guarantees 10 percent off retail, 20 percent off café purchases and 10 percent off birthday parties.

6. Discounts

To save money, you will also have the option of purchasing discounted admission to both Legoland and Sea Life Michigan Aquarium. Visit the ticket prices section of the website for more information.
