Large Event Spaces in Macomb County

Macomb Center for the Performing Arts
The Macomb Center for the Performing Arts is located on the campus of Macomb Community College, and it’s easily accessible by I-94, I-696 and M-59.

There are two rental spaces – a main stage with two-level auditorium seating for nearly 1,300, and a smaller stage for up to 250 guests.

The venues have staging and production capabilities, on-site catering and menus, free parking and much more.

Macomb Community College
With locations throughout Macomb County, Macomb Community College has a ton of different event spaces for any size.

If you need conference rooms for just a few people, the college has those, while it also has a professional theatre that can seat more than 1,000 people.

In all, the college has more than 170,000 square feet of event space.

Andiamo Warren Banquet Center
The well-known Italian restaurant in metro Detroit, Andiamo’s banquet center in Warren can host up to 650 guests in its combined rooms, with what they say is “old-world comfort and sophisticated style.”

They have corporate lunches, anniversaries, weddings, engagement parties, showers and much more.

They have food and drink packages that include buffets, themed dinners, brunches and much more.

General Motors Heritage Center
In Sterling Heights, General Motors has its historic heritage center, which is designed as a special event venue for business meetings, corporate events, training and more.

The facility displays nearly 200 different historic GM vehicles, with a presentation area seating 400 people comfortable and up to 500 people for a seated event. There’s also a conference room nearby that can set 15.

In all, there is 81,00 square feet of facility, with round tables, chairs, TVs, projectors and more available.

Carpathia Club
Also located in Sterling Heights, the Carpathia Club has been in Detroit for more than 100 years.

They have facilities for events, banquets, weddings and more than can host anywhere from 20 guests in a conference room to 450 guests in the event space.

They offer fresh, homemade European specialties and they’re known for their famous schnitzel. They have custom serving stations, coffee stations, full-service bars and more.

The Palazzo Grande
Located about 45 minutes north of Detroit, Thee Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township has been hosting elegant events for years in metro Detroit.

The location has 25,000 square feet of banquet space for any event you’re looking to host. In all, there are four ballrooms that can seat a total of more than 1,000 guests.

Their staff and state-of-the-art kitchen will also help you customize a menu for your event.

Emerald Theatre
The Emerald Theatre in Downtown Mt. Clemens has been open for more than 100 years and can host smaller events, all the way up to more than 1,500 people.

The main theatre can host bigger events, weddings, dinners, receptions and more, or holiday parties, fundraisers and conventions.

The theatre provides a beautiful backdrop to your event, and they have a Rock Room which can be booked for smaller exclusive parties like birthdays, retirements, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Italian American Cultural Society
The IACS banquet facility can create custom floor plans with multiple rooms for up to 600 guests for whatever event you’re looking to host.

Located in Clinton Township, the cultural society’s banquet and conference center has a beautiful ballroom, club room, and two other rooms that you can take 3D tours of on their website.

They have exclusive catering from the Italian American Cultural Society, and also have bar service with customizable options.

Mirage Wedding and Banquet Hall
The Mirage has a renovated facility that can host up to 1,000 guests both indoors and outdoors at its beautiful venue in Clinton Township.

Whether it’s a corporate event, sports banquet, wedding or others, The Mirage hosts a variety of parties.

Cherry Creek Golf Club
Cherry Creek is a beautiful golf course and clubhouse in Shelby Township, which can host weddings, luncheons, showers and much more.

They have a restaurant, outdoor patio and lounge, which can seat up to 150 people, a ballroom that can accommodate 230 people, the terrace and conservatory for up to 165 guests, and the gallery, which can hold up to 64 guests.
