Detroit is on a roll!

Lonely Planet, the world’s largest travel guide book publisher, just named Detroit as a Top 10 global city destination. Detroit was the only continental U.S. city selected for the prestigious list.

Lonely Planet’s editorial team highlighted Detroit’s booming dining scene along with our eclectic mix of cultural, art and music attractions. The editors also crafted a fun itinerary that hits all the popular hot spots plus a few local secrets.
