Overview
The Detroit People Mover is an automated light rail system operating on an elevated track in downtown Detroit’s Business District. The shuttle-style circular service has 13 People Mover stations, placing you steps away from sporting and entertainment venues, restaurants, lodging and landmarks. Since 2024, the Detroit People Mover is free to ride.
Detroit People Mover Stations
The Detroit People Mover is the perfect way to get to major Detroit attractions. Huntington Place, Greektown and the Renaissance Center all have their own People Mover stations. There is also a People Mover station in Grand Circus Park, which you can use to quickly connect to a QLine station, or catch the Detroit to Ann Arbor (D2A2) Bus. Coming from the airport? The Michigan Station is 1/2 block away from the DAX Shuttle Bus and will easily transfer you (and your bags) to the nearest downtown hotel.Details
