Overview

Discover Hamtramck with Discover Hamtramck, a platform sharing the “World in 2.2 Square Miles”! In 2024 the Hamtramck Downtown Development Authority (DDA) created the Discover Hamtramck campaign that utilizes social media as a means to showcase and empower businesses, events, and community in the city. With millions reached within the past 2 years, Discover Hamtramck continued its campaign with more focus on community and economic development, Michigan Main Street, and now the Hamtramck Night Bazaar, an event entirely powered by the DDA.

The Hamtramck Night Bazaar is a special event that serves as a gateway for vendors to eventually fill vacancies in Downtown Hamtramck. Vendor fees are just $50 with a free tent, table, and chair setup and ready to go. Bazaars on average have hosted 600 people with musicians setting the vibe and collaborations with other neighbouring Hamtramck events. The Hamtramck Night Bazaar in 2026 will be hosted from June-October from 6-10 PM, on the first Saturday of each month (except the July 11th event).
