Elephant & Co. is brought to you by the people who started Eastern Market Brewing Co., and our Detroit-style pizza stands out for the same reasons our craft beer does.

We are fermentation specialists. We've applied our years of knowledge to perfecting our craft beer and put it into our pizza dough. Plus, we threw some of our world-class Wunderboi Kolsch into the dough recipe for good measure.

We love to innovate. You don't become the fastest-growing brewery in Detroit by resting on your laurels. Because we come from the beer world, we are used to shifting customer preferences and always looking for the next big thing. We're doing the same with our pizza, sourcing ingredients that will take each square to the next level and constantly pushing out new specialty pizzas to the market.
