For the past few years, we’ve been immersed in the study of ice cream, learning from local and national experts in the industry.

We live and breathe ice cream. Since launching in Detroit in 2018, we’ve made it our mission to offer classic and original ice cream flavors that customers can feel good about eating, not only because it tastes amazing, but because it’s made with only the finest ingredients. Through relentless trial and experimentation, we’re proud to be serving some of the best ice creams in the country. Everything we serve is made from scratch in our production kitchen in Eastern Market. Our ice cream is free of pre-manufactured mixes, artificial flavors & colors, and chemical stabilizers that have become ubiquitous in the ice cream industry.
