Overview

Saint Florian Parish is a historic Roman Catholic community in Hamtramck, Michigan, rooted in more than a century of Polish heritage, faith, service, and community life. Established in 1908, the parish continues to welcome people of Polish heritage as well as families, immigrants, and neighbors from diverse backgrounds.
At the heart of the parish is a commitment to bringing people together through worship, fellowship, cultural traditions, and service. The parish offers regular Masses, confessions, sacraments, parish groups, community events, and opportunities for people of all ages to become involved.
Saint Florian also plays an important role in preserving Polish culture and traditions in the Detroit area. Its community programming includes Polish-language education, cultural celebrations, food festivals, and special events that connect generations with their heritage while welcoming the broader Hamtramck community.
The parish is also home to Adoramus Music Group, a contemporary sacred music ministry that enriches Masses and special celebrations through Polish and sacred music.
