Overview
We're reintroducing an oldie-but-goodie creative activity with a familiar concept that was forbidden as a child – COLORING ON THE WALLS. The Coloring Museum (TCM) brings experiential art, tourism, and entertainment/nightlife to the corridor of our neighborhood. We’re coloring for a purpose – using the power of the crayon to improve one’s quality of life by helping to decrease mental illnesses, such as anxiety, stress, and depression.
The Coloring Museum is the only interactive art museum where you can color black-and-white murals composed by community artists. Every inch of the museum is painted white and outlined in black to give an illusion of a 2D effect in our 3D world. By commissioning muralists and graffiti artists, TCM provides a creative outlet and fosters a connection between visitors and local art. Coloring the murals with washable crayons and markers adds a playful touch and invites you to reconnect with your inner child. This creative activity allows you to stand still in a constantly moving world, transporting you to a space of tranquility and joy. It's a unique way to unwind and reprieve from everyday hustle and bustle.
