A Global Tasting Experience
Discover how dramatically honey can change from place to place.
Honey reflects the flowers, climate, soil, and ecosystems surrounding the hive. From delicate floral notes to deep caramelized complexity, each sample offers a distinct expression of its origin, much like fine wine.
Each honey will be paired with a complementary mead from B. Nektar Meadery, one of the world's most respected modern mead producers. Founded on National Mead Day, B. Nektar has helped reintroduce this ancient fermented beverage to a new generation through bold flavor and innovative craftsmanship.
Along the way, guests will learn about the connection between pollinators, agriculture, biodiversity, and the centuries-old tradition of mead making.
