Experience the most magical tradition in Detroit with the 98th Annual America’s Thanksgiving Parade®️ presented by Gardner White.
This world-class event produced by The Parade Company is on November 28 and is recognized as one of America’s best holiday parades. It awes generations of parade-goers live on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit with amazing floats, larger than life balloons towering the skyline, celebrities, famous clowns and Big Heads, marching bands and so much more. It is broadcast nationally to millions of viewers across185 major cities in the U.S.
The iconic parade steps off at Woodward and Kirby at 8:45 a.m. Thanksgiving morning and ends just south of Campus Martius Park. The parade travels nearly three miles down storied Woodward Avenue and by landmarks including the Detroit Institute of Arts, Comerica Park, the Fox Theatre, Little Caesars Arena and Campus Martius Park.
