The restaurant space’s original purpose was for storing fire engines, now it’s serving up some of the hottest cuisine in town. This place is a hot commodity, make sure you snag a reservation.

A communal multi-course dining experience set above The Apparatus Room at Detroit Foundation Hotel. Menu’s range from 8-12 courses changing monthly. Helmed by two Michelin-Starred Chef Thomas Lents, seating is limited to 12 diners each Friday and Saturday night.
