Located in Greektown Casino-Hotel soon to be Jack Detroit Casino-Hotel. This restaurant offers pork- and chicken-based broths that are house-made. Noodle Art serves up traditional Japanese ramen with a Detroit twist in a glass-enclosed space that features pop-culture decor. In addition to ramen, Noodle Art serves Japanese fried chicken, hand-made pork dumplings, steak tataki and yellowtail sashimi, Miso mustard beef short rib and saki cocktails.
